A Central Highlands province centred on the temperate plateau city of Đà Lạt; population about 1.4 million (2024). Its highland climate supports coffee, tea, flowers and temperate vegetables alongside major tourism. In the 2025 merger it expanded greatly by absorbing the former Đắk Nông and Bình Thuận provinces, becoming Vietnam's largest province by area.

Summary
Decision No. 37/2025/QD-UBND of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, dated 30 June 2025, promulgates the Regulations on Architectural Management of Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province. The Decision is issued pursuant to the Laws on Organization of Local Government, Promulgation of Legal Documents, the Law on Architecture (13 June 2019), Government Decree No. 85/2020/ND-CP and the Provincial People's Council Resolution No. 358/NQ-HDND (10 December 2024). It was adopted at the proposal of the Director of the Department of Construction. The Regulations attached to and issued with this Decision set out the objectives, scope, subjects, definitions, institutional responsibilities and procedures for managing architecture and urban landscape in four wards of Bao Loc City (1 Bao Loc, 2 Bao Loc, 3…
