Decision No. 116/2000/BNN-KHCN, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on July 27, 2000, promulgates the Regulations on temporary storage and management of temporarily stockpiled coffee. The Decision applies to organizations and individuals engaged in coffee production, processing, trading and storage in Vietnam who participate in temporary storage schemes and to relevant State management agencies. The Regulations define objectives, principles, and conditions for temporary storage, the rights and obligations of parties involved, and procedures for registration, appraisal, approval and monitoring of temporary storage stocks.
