Summary
Decree 77/2000/ND-CP, issued by the Government on 15 December 2000, adjusts the minimum salary, allowances, and living stipends for people receiving salary, allowances, benefits, and stipends. It took effect on 1 January 2001. For take-home pay, pension, and benefit calculations, the central change is the increase in the common minimum salary, which serves as the base for many derived amounts. Article 1 sets out the adjustments applied from 1 January 2001.
