Decision No. 88/2002/QD-UB, issued by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee and dated 2002, promulgates the economic-technical norms (dinh muc kinh te ky thuat) for two perennial industrial crops, cay ca phe voi (Robusta coffee) and cay cao su (rubber), during their giai doan kien thiet co ban (basic formation stage) on the territory of Dak Lak province.
