Decision No. 18/1999/QD-BNN/TCCB, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, supplements the assigned tasks of the Coffee Testing and Research Center. The Decision specifies additional responsibilities the Center must perform to support the State management of coffee quality and technical standards, to conduct research and testing, and to provide consultancy, transfer of technology and training related to coffee production, processing and quality assurance.
