This is Decision No. 06/2022/QĐ-UBND of the Ninh Thuận Province People's Committee, issued on 27 January 2022. It promulgates a scheme (đề án) to accelerate the development of high-tech agriculture together with a policy to support and attract investment in high-tech agriculture in the province for the 2021–2030 period.

• Adopts a provincial master scheme assessing current conditions, land resources, and infrastructure (irrigation, electricity, and other works) and setting directions and targets for expanding high-tech agriculture through 2030.

• Targets the development of high-tech agricultural production zones (on the order of several thousand hectares by 2030) for priority crops and products such as grapes, apples, dragon fruit, mango, sugarcane, and aquaculture seed/breeding stock, distributed across districts including Ninh Sơn.

• Pairs the scheme with a policy to support and incentivize private and other economic sectors to invest in high-tech agriculture, addressing earlier gaps where investment-attraction mechanisms were limited.

• Assigns the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to lead and coordinate with other departments to organize implementation.

Applies provincewide in Ninh Thuận for the 2021–2030 period. It takes effect 6 February 2022.
