Thang Vo-Tat is Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Economics at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and Director at HAPRI. He holds a PhD in Economics from the Australian National University in Australia in 2016 and has published on health insurance and vulnerability in World Development and on ageing and retirement in Global Health Research and Policy. His research focuses on Health Economics (Ageing, Retirement, Nutrition, Health Insurance), Impact Evaluation, Development Economics (International Trade, Poverty, Inequality, Child Development, Women Development) and Applied Microeconometrics.

Trien Le-Vinh is Vice Director and Lecturer at the School of Government, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a PhD in International Business and Governance from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom and has published on state ownership, firm performance and dividend policy in the Journal of Management Studies, the Journal of Management and Governance and Organizations and Markets in Emerging Economies. His research focuses on public and corporate governance, financial markets and institutions, and dividend policy.

Giap Nguyen-Van is Vice Director and Lecturer in the School of Government at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a PhD in Applied Economics from Auburn University, USA, and has published on seafood import demand, catfish competitiveness and retail substitution in journals including Applied Economics and Marine Resource Economics. His primary research focuses on agricultural demand and price analysis, agricultural market structure and competition, and sustainable agriculture development, including evaluation of new rural development programs and land consolidation initiatives in the Mekong Delta region.
