Vo Tat Thang is an Associate Professor and Dean of the School of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from the Australian National University in 2016. His research interests encompass Health Economics (with a focus on Aging, Retirement, Nutrition, and Health Insurance), Impact Evaluation, Development Economics (covering International Trade, Poverty, Inequality, Child Development, and Women's Development), and Applied Microeconometrics.

Le Vinh Trien is a Professor at the School of Government, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and Corporate Governance from Loughborough University. His research primarily centers on public and corporate governance, financial markets and institutions, and dividend policy.

Nguyen Van Giap is a Professor at the School of Government, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. his primary research focuses on agricultural demand and price analysis, agricultural market structure and competition, and sustainable agriculture development. Dr. Giap is actively involved in evaluating new rural development programs and land consolidation initiatives in the Mekong Delta region.
