This Decision was issued on 18 December 2023 by the Quảng Ngãi Province People's Committee to set crop unit prices for compensation when the State recovers land, applicable during 2024. Issued under the 2013 Land Law and Decree No. 47/2014/NĐ-CP on compensation, support, and resettlement, it provides the official crop-compensation price basis for the year.

• Sets compensation unit prices for industrial crops (e.g., rubber by year, cashew, coffee/cocoa, mulberry, tea, pepper), priced per tree by age or stem diameter.

• Sets prices for fruit trees, distinguishing seed/seedling-grown trees from grafted/layered/cutting-propagated trees, across many species and growth stages.

• Covers timber, firewood, resin and oil trees (fast-growing species, hardwoods, bamboo family, resin/oil trees, mangrove species) and miscellaneous woody trees.

• Includes prices for flowers and ornamental/foliage plants, with large trees over 20 cm base diameter compensated by timber volume at market price.

• Applies to land users under the 2013 Land Law, land-management agencies, land-clearance compensation bodies, and other related parties.

• Covers crops only; the Decision does not set livestock compensation prices.

Applies province-wide in Quảng Ngãi, in force only from 1 January 2024 through 31 December 2024.
