Summary
Decision No. 28/2022/QD-UBND, issued by the People's Committee of Hanoi on 24 June 2022 and effective 04 July 2022, promulgates the Regulations on assignment and decentralization of food safety management within the administrative boundaries of Hanoi. The Decision is issued pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government (2015, amended 2019), the Law on Food Safety (2010), and relevant Government decrees including Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP and subsequent amendments. It replaces Decision No. 14/2019/QD-UBND dated 05 July 2019 and Decision No. 2582/QD-UBND dated 05 June 2015. The Regulations apply to all food safety management authorities in Hanoi and to organizations and individuals involved in food-related activities.
