Summary
Circular No. 13/2014/TT-NHNN dated April 18, 2014 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam provides guidance to commercial banks on lending under Prime Minister Decision No. 68/2013/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2013 on policies to support reduction of losses in agriculture. The Circular took effect on May 12, 2014 and was later amended and supplemented by Circular No. 85/2025/TT-NHNN dated December 31, 2025, which amends certain circulars and guidance on credit programmes, effective December 31, 2025.
