Summary
Decree 73/2024/ND-CP, issued by the Government on 30 June 2024, sets the base salary (luong co so) and the bonus regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and the armed forces. It implements Resolution 142/2024/QH15 of the 15th National Assembly and applies to people drawing salary, allowances, and bonuses in Party, State, Fatherland Front, socio-political organization, and budget-supported bodies at central, provincial, district, and commune levels, in special administrative-economic units, and in the armed forces, including contract staff who are paid under Decree 204/2004/ND-CP.
