People's Committee of Lâm Đồng Province
A Central Highlands province centred on the temperate plateau city of Đà Lạt; population about 1.4 million (2024). Its highland climate supports coffee, tea, flowers and temperate vegetables alongside major tourism. In the 2025 merger it expanded greatly by absorbing the former Đắk Nông and Bình Thuận provinces, becoming Vietnam's largest province by area.

Summary
Resolution No. 07/2024/NQ-HDND, adopted by the People's Council of Dak Nong Province on 24 July 2024, approves the content and the levels of expenditure that the local budget will fully finance or partially support for projects to develop production of national key breeding varieties and other breeding varieties serving the restructuring of the agricultural sector in Dak Nong to 2030. The Resolution applies to provincial state management agencies, public service units engaged in management, research and production of plant, forestry, livestock and aquaculture breeds, and to enterprises, cooperatives, production groups, households and individuals conducting such research and production in the province.
