Decision No. 86/2007/QD-BNN, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on July 24, 2007, provides for the temporary application of National Standard TCVN 4193:2005 in the inspection of quality for exported green (unroasted) coffee. The Decision takes effect on the date of signature, July 24, 2007, and remains in force until a new regulation supersedes it. It applies to state management bodies, organizations and individuals involved in inspection, certification, trade, export and testing of green coffee in Vietnam.
