Summary
The Provincial People's Committee issues Decision No. 2206/QD-UBND to adjust and supplement compensation unit prices for coffee trees and acacia (keo) trees previously regulated by Decision No. 3721/2005/QD-UBND (01 Nov 2005) and Decision No. 2689/2006/QD-UBND (23 Nov 2006), and to establish rules for compensation for intensively cultivated plots containing multiple crop species on the same area. The Decision specifies the scope of application to state agencies, organisations, households and individuals subject to land recovery, clearance or other measures requiring compensation within the province, and applies to cash compensation for trees and cultivated perennial crops when land is acquired.
