Decision No. 125/2001/QD-BNN, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, promulgates technical standards (criteria) governing the propagation of Coffea canephora (coffee voi, Robusta) by grafting. The Decision sets out the scope and subjects of application, technical requirements for plant materials, grafting methods and schedules, nursery and field care, and quality acceptance criteria for grafted seedlings. It applies to organizations and individuals engaged in production, sale and use of grafted Robusta coffee planting materials within Vietnam.
