Decision No. 36/1999/QD/BNN-TCCB, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, provides for the transfer of managerial control of Benh vien Ca phe 331 (Coffee Hospital 331) from direct subordination to Tong Cong ty Ca phe Viet Nam (Vietnam Coffee Corporation) to direct subordination to Trung tam Y te Lao dong (the Occupational Health Center). The Decision sets out the scope of transfer, the entities and personnel affected, and the responsibilities for implementation.
