Decree 122/2015/ND-CP, issued by the Government on 14 November 2015, sets the region-based minimum wage for workers under labour contracts at enterprises, unions of cooperatives, cooperatives, cooperative groups, farms, households, individuals, and other bodies that employ labour. It is grounded in the 2012 Labour Code and the 2014 Law on Enterprises and took effect on 1 January 2016, replacing Decree 103/2014/ND-CP.
