Soc Trang's Master Plan for the period 2021-2030,
vision to 2050

Introduction

Implementing the Planning Law, Resolution No. 120/NQ-CP dated November 17, 2017 of the Government on sustainable development of the Mekong Delta region adapting to climate change, and Resolution No. 751/2019/UBTVQH14 of the Committee Standing Committee of the National Assembly, national planning, regional planning, and provincial planning for the period 2021-2030 are being implemented. For the Mekong Delta region, the task of preparing provincial planning for 12/13 provinces and cities in the region has been approved, including Soc Trang.
