Issued by the Đồng Nai Province People's Committee on 25 August 2021, this Decision promulgates economic-technical norms for seeds, fertilizer, plant-protection chemicals, and water-saving irrigation systems for selected crops in the province. It was proposed by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and supports the province's policy on production-consumption linkage for agricultural products.

• Applies to farmers, farm owners, cooperatives, cooperative unions, and enterprises participating in agricultural production-consumption linkage.

• Organizes the norms into six appendices by crop group rather than setting compensation prices.

• Covers food crops (rice, maize, cassava), 12 fruit trees (citrus, mango, durian, mangosteen, jackfruit, rambutan, avocado, dragon fruit, watermelon, banana, etc.), and industrial crops (pepper, cashew, cocoa, robusta coffee, sugarcane).

• Also covers seven mushroom types, four flower types (Dendrobium orchid, gladiolus, chrysanthemum, marigold), and eight vegetable crops.

• Assigns the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to lead implementation, monitoring, and inspection, and to compile any needed adjustments.

The Decision applies throughout Đồng Nai Province, including Biên Hòa and Long Khánh cities, and takes effect from 10 September 2021.
