This is a Decision issued by the Bến Tre Province People's Committee on 5 November 2021 that promulgates economic-technical norms in the fields of crop production, animal husbandry, and fisheries for use in agricultural extension models and projects in the province. It is grounded in Government Decree No. 83/2018/NĐ-CP on agricultural extension and Ministry of Finance Circular No. 75/2019/TT-BTC on managing State budget funding for extension activities.
Sets economic-technical norms for crop production covering 21 models (Appendix I).
Sets economic-technical norms for animal husbandry covering 18 models (Appendix II).
Sets economic-technical norms for fisheries covering 20 models (Appendix III).
Applies to agencies, units, organizations, and individuals selected and assigned by the State to carry out extension models and projects in Bến Tre.
Assigns the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to lead implementation in coordination with relevant departments and district/city People's Committees.
The Decision applies province-wide in Bến Tre and took effect on 1 December 2021.
