This is a Decision of the Đắk Nông Province People's Committee, dated 24 January 2022, that issues economic-technical norms (định mức kinh tế - kỹ thuật) for a wide range of crops in agricultural production. The norms provide a standardized basis for investment planning, cost estimation, and crop compensation pricing in the province.

• Establishes economic-technical norms used to prepare and appraise investment projects, calculate investment rates, build crop compensation unit prices for State land recovery, and support State management of agriculture.

• Covers 101 items across eight annexes: perennial industrial and forestry trees; fruit trees; food and short-term industrial crops; fruit vegetables; leaf/stem/root vegetables; edible mushrooms; flowers; and medicinal plants.

• Forestry-tree norms do not apply to concentrated afforestation, only to trees intercropped in agricultural gardens, used as climbing supports, windbreaks, shade, or for propagation and trial planting.

• Applies to organizations and individuals engaged in crop production in the province.

• Assigns the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to lead implementation and report annually to the Province People's Committee.

The Decision applies province-wide in Đắk Nông, takes effect from 11 February 2022, and replaces Decision No. 27/2018/QĐ-UBND of 6 November 2018.
