This Decision was issued on 12 November 2021 by the Thừa Thiên Huế Province People's Committee to designate the key agricultural commodities and products prioritized for support under production-to-consumption linkage arrangements, and to assign authority to approve such linkage support, for the 2021-2025 period. It implements Decree No. 98/2018/NĐ-CP on cooperation and linkage in agricultural production and consumption.

• Issues an attached list of priority commodities across cultivation, livestock, aquaculture, and amphibians eligible for linkage support.

• Cultivation priorities include food crops (rice, glutinous rice, maize), starchy crops, groundnut, vegetables, medicinal plants, fruit trees, lotus, and mushrooms, with emphasis on VietGAP/GlobalGAP/organic standards.

• Livestock priorities are cattle and pigs; poultry (meat/egg chickens and ducks); aquaculture covers crustaceans, listed fish species, and mollusks; frogs are also listed.

• Assigns the Provincial People's Committee to approve linkage projects spanning two or more districts or with State support of 3 billion VND or more.

• Delegates to district-level People's Committees approval of single-district linkage projects with State support under 3 billion VND.

• Directs that linkage dossiers and procedures follow Article 12 of Decree No. 98/2018/NĐ-CP.

Applies province-wide in Thừa Thiên Huế for the 2021-2025 period, effective from 22 November 2021.
