This decision of the Hậu Giang Province People's Committee (2022) amends and supplements the regulation on unit prices for crops and aquaculture animals used to value compensation and support upon State land recovery, originally issued with Decision No. 14/2019/QĐ-UBND of 19 September 2019. It revises specific price-table entries and classification rules rather than replacing the whole regulation. Its purpose is to update compensation valuations within the existing 2019 framework.

• Adds new fruit-tree entries (Na/custard-apple varieties; Lý) and revises numerous existing entries in the fruit-tree price table, with prices by grade (A/B/C) and planting spacing.

• Revises the timber-tree section, redefining A–E grades by trunk diameter at 1.3 m and setting separate grading scales for melaleuca, Australian melaleuca, bamboo, and similar species.

• Updates rules for substandard small plants (compensated at 120% of seedling value, capped at the lowest graded price) and for mixed and intercropped gardens.

• Adjusts the 'above-standard Grade A' price table and several spacing/density parameters.

• Applies to provincial departments, district People's Committees, compensation and site-clearance bodies, and related organizations and individuals.

Provincial in scope (Hậu Giang); amends Decision No. 14/2019/QĐ-UBND and takes effect from 5 May 2022.
