This is a Resolution adopted by the Long An Province People's Council (Tenth Term, Eighth Session) on 10 December 2022 that amends and supplements Resolution No. 07/2019/NQ-HĐND of 25 July 2019 on policies to support linkage between agricultural production and product consumption in the province. It is based on Government Decree No. 98/2018/NĐ-CP on cooperation and linkage in agricultural production and consumption and Decree No. 27/2022/NĐ-CP on managing national target programs.

• Revises the scope to cover a list of priority agricultural products: rice, dragon fruit, vegetables, lime, jackfruit, mango, durian, apricot/ornamental (mai), poultry, beef cattle, pangasius, and shrimp (black tiger and whiteleg).

• Adds support levels for newly included crops, e.g., jackfruit (one-time seed support up to VND 15 million/ha plus material support up to VND 30 million/ha/year for 3 years), mango, durian, and mai, each with stated per-project caps.

• Specifies eligibility conditions per Article 11 of Decree No. 98/2018/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 27/2022/NĐ-CP, and identifies the funding sources (national target programs for new-rural development and agricultural restructuring, plus other lawful programs).

• Sets the policy implementation period for 2020-2025.

The Resolution applies province-wide in Long An, forms an inseparable part of Resolution No. 07/2019/NQ-HĐND, and repeals correction Document No. 532/HĐND-TH of 27 August 2019.
