Issued by the Đắk Nông Province People's Committee on 27 November 2023, this Decision promulgates economic-technical norms applied to agricultural-extension activities in the province. It is grounded in Government Decree No. 83/2018/NĐ-CP on agricultural extension and related Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guidance, and was proposed by the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

• Applies to organizations and individuals involved in agricultural extension and the transfer of technical advances in cultivation, forestry, and fisheries across the province.

• Sets out norms in five appendices totaling 158 items.

• Appendix 1 (cultivation, 77 items) covers vegetables and flowers, food and short-term industrial crops, long-term industrial crops (pepper, coffee, rubber, cashew, cocoa), fruit trees, medicinal plants, and water-saving irrigation.

• Appendix 2 covers forestry trees (25 items); Appendix 3 covers livestock and poultry and other animals (21 items, e.g., chickens, pigs, cattle, goats, bees, silkworms).

• Appendix 4 covers aquaculture (20 items, e.g., tilapia, snakehead, eel, frog, freshwater eel); Appendix 5 covers extension training, information, and communication (15 items).

The Decision applies throughout Đắk Nông Province and takes effect from 10 December 2023.
