Issued by the Đà Nẵng City People's Committee on 7 October 2024, this Decision promulgates the unit prices for compensating damage to crops and livestock when the State recovers land in the city. It is based on the 2024 Land Law and Government Decree No. 88/2024/NĐ-CP on compensation, support, and resettlement, proposed jointly by the city's agriculture and natural-resources departments.

• Comprises three appendices: compensation/support for livestock, compensation for agricultural crops, and compensation for forestry trees.

• For aquaculture and other non-movable animals, sets compensation principles tied to harvest stage and provides explicit formulas (using stocking density, area, sale price, and average versus commercial weight), with separate rules for brackish-water shrimp, fish, frogs, and apple snails.

• Includes two reference tables of unit prices for aquaculture requiring early harvest (commercial-product prices by species, stocking density, and harvest size) and for aquaculture fingerlings (seed prices plus per-square-meter investment cost).

• Provides detailed crop price tables for annual crops, perennial crops (industrial and fruit groups), and proposed prices for flowers and ornamental plants, generally priced per square meter, per plant, or by growth stage.

• Movable livestock (cattle, poultry) receive relocation support determined by the local compensation council; forestry trees in concentrated plantations are valued case-by-case using state forest price frameworks.

The Decision applies throughout Đà Nẵng City and takes effect from 21 October 2024.
