This is a Decision issued by the Đắk Nông Province People's Committee on 14 October 2024 that sets the unit prices for compensating damage to crops and livestock in the province, with detailed schedules in attached appendices. It is grounded in the 2024 Land Law together with the Laws on Crop Production, Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries, and was proposed by the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

• Sets compensation unit prices for annual crops (Appendix I) and for perennial crops across their basic-construction and business stages, with A/B/C age-based classification (Appendix II).

• Sets prices for outdoor ornamental and flowering plants (Appendix III), self-funded forestry trees (Appendix IV), and crop relocation costs (Appendix VI).

• Doubles the compensation rate for certified parent trees, elite-tree gardens, original seed stock, superior trees, and rare trees in their exploitation period.

• Excludes State-owned production, protection, and special-use forest (planted with State budget or natural forest) from the appendix prices; such forest is compensated at an approved forest valuation.

• Applies to compensation/support/resettlement bodies, land users under the Land Law, lawful owners of affected crops and livestock, and other related parties.

The Decision applies province-wide in Đắk Nông and took effect on 24 October 2024, replacing Decision No. 08/2019/QĐ-UBND of 18 March 2019 on crop compensation and support prices.
