This is Decision No. 52/2024/QĐ-UBND, issued by the An Giang Province People's Committee on 24 October 2024. It promulgates unit prices for compensating damage to crops and livestock (including aquaculture) when the State recovers land in the province. It is grounded in the 2024 Land Law and the 2024 decrees on compensation, support and resettlement, forestry, fisheries, and animal husbandry.

• Issues detailed compensation unit-price schedules in attached appendices: fruit trees (Appendix II, đồng/tree, classified by growth stage A–D), timber trees (Appendix III, by trunk diameter and wood group), ornamental/potted plants relocation costs (Appendix IV), aquaculture fingerlings (Appendix V), and commercial aquaculture products (Appendix VI).

• Fruit trees are graded into growth-stage categories (mature/stable-yielding down to newly planted) with species-specific prices, e.g. durian, mango, coconut, mangosteen, jackfruit, and many others.

• Applies to state land-management bodies and site-clearance organizations, to land users and owners of crops/livestock attached to the land, and to other related parties.

• For crops or livestock not named in the appendices, or where price-forming factors change significantly, the site-clearance body determines actual values and proposes them to the provincial People's Committee for decision/adjustment.

Applies provincewide in An Giang. It takes effect from the date of signing (24 October 2024) and replaces Decision No. 22/2023/QĐ-UBND (25 May 2023); compensation plans approved before the effective date continue under their prior approvals.
