This is a Decision of the Thừa Thiên Huế Province People's Committee, dated 12 August 2024, that issues crop unit prices to serve as the basis for determining compensation and support values when the State recovers land in 2024. It sets out compensation principles and an extensive attached price schedule.

• Establishes 2024 crop compensation unit prices, with an attached schedule covering annual crops, long-term/perennial crops, fruit and industrial trees, timber/resin/shade trees, and ornamental, medicinal, and other plants (priced per hectare, per square meter, or per tree).

• Compensation follows Articles 103-105 of the 2024 Land Law; the unit prices already include the cost of felling and removing crops from the recovered area, and compensated parties may salvage the products.

• For crops not listed in the schedule, the site-clearance body applies the price of an equivalent species, subject to approval by the competent People's Committee.

• Applies to land users under the 2024 Land Law, State land-management agencies, and organizations and individuals involved in compensation and site clearance.

• Includes transitional provisions: projects with compensation plans approved before this Decision continue under those plans, while pending plans follow this Decision.

The Decision applies within Thừa Thiên Huế Province, takes effect from 22 August 2024 through 31 December 2024, and replaces Decision No. 65/2023/QĐ-UBND of 18 December 2023.
