This is a Decision issued by the Gia Lai Province People's Committee on 4 April 2025 that amends and supplements Decision No. 57/2024/QĐ-UBND of 31 October 2024, which set the unit prices for compensating damage to crops and livestock when the State acquires land in Gia Lai Province. It is grounded in the 2024 Land Law and Government Decree No. 88/2024/NĐ-CP on compensation, support, and resettlement.

• Amends Clause 2 of Article 3 of Decision No. 57/2024/QĐ-UBND, setting livestock compensation as the unit price in Appendix III multiplied by total body weight in kilograms.

• Applies the body-weight method to buffalo, cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, sika deer, civets, porcupines, bamboo rats, and rabbits.

• Replaces the Appendix issued with Decision No. 57/2024/QĐ-UBND with a new Appendix attached to this Decision (detailed price tables not reproduced here).

• Includes transitional rules: projects with compensation plans already approved before the effective date continue under those plans, while plans prepared or appraised but not yet approved must be redone under this Decision.

The Decision applies province-wide in Gia Lai and took effect on 15 April 2025, amending (not replacing) Decision No. 57/2024/QĐ-UBND.
