Issued by the Huế City People's Committee on 11 December 2025, this Decision amends and supplements two earlier provincial decisions: Decision No. 06/2020/QĐ-UBND on recognizing traditional trades and craft villages, and Decision No. 67/2021/QĐ-UBND on priority commodities and products for production-consumption linkage support. The amendments align both texts with the city's new status and with recent national and city-level legal instruments.

• Updates the craft-village rules to reference Decree No. 52/2018/NĐ-CP and Decree No. 131/2025/NĐ-CP on the two-tier local-government division of authority under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

• Reassigns responsibilities among the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, and commune/ward People's Committees, including craft-village environmental-protection planning duties.

• Replaces terminology throughout (e.g., 'Thừa Thiên Huế Province' with 'Huế City', 'district/town/city' with 'commune/ward') and abolishes several articles, including references to the now-defunct Department of Planning and Investment.

• Revises the agricultural-linkage decision so that approval authority follows Resolutions No. 03/2025/NQ-HĐND and No. 21/2025/NQ-HĐND on agricultural-production support to 2030.

• Attaches an appendix listing priority commodities and products eligible for linkage support under Decree No. 98/2018/NĐ-CP, spanning cultivation (rice, maize, vegetables, fruit, medicinal plants, mushrooms), livestock, aquaculture, and amphibians.

The Decision applies throughout Huế City and takes effect from 22 December 2025, amending rather than replacing the two underlying decisions.
