Decree 44/2019/ND-CP, issued by the Government on 20 May 2019, adjusts pensions, social insurance allowances, and monthly allowances. It is one of Vietnam's periodic across-the-board benefit increases and directly feeds pension and social insurance benefit calculations through a single uplift factor.
