Law 59/2020/QH14, the Law on Enterprises (17 June 2020), governs the establishment, management organization, reorganization, dissolution, and related operations of enterprises, namely limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, partnerships, and sole proprietorships, and also addresses groups of companies. It applies to enterprises and to the agencies, organizations, and individuals connected with those activities. Where another law sets specific rules on forming, managing, reorganizing, dissolving, or operating enterprises, that other law applies.
