Summary
Circular 23/2020/TT-BLDTBXH, issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on 30 December 2020, sets the indexation coefficients used to restate past monthly salaries and incomes on which social insurance was paid. It implements Decrees 115/2015/ND-CP (compulsory social insurance) and 134/2015/ND-CP (voluntary social insurance), takes effect on 15 February 2021, and applies from 1 January 2021.
