Summary
Circular No. 26/2020/TT-BLDTBXH, issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on 30 December 2020, promulgates the List of level-IV training fields and occupations applicable to intermediate (trinh do trung cap) and college (trinh do cao dang) vocational education. The Circular is issued pursuant to the Vocational Education Law dated 27 November 2014, Decree No. 14/2017/ND-CP on the functions and organization of the Ministry, and Prime Minister Decision No. 01/2017/QD-TTg on the national education and training classification. The List is attached to the Circular and is binding for vocational schools, provincial/municipal Peoples Committees, other ministries and central agencies, and political-social organizations charged with implementation.
