People's Committee of Quảng Trị Province
A North Central Coast province, historically the site of the Vietnam War DMZ; population about 660,000 (2024). Its economy combines agriculture, fast-growing wind/renewable energy, war-history tourism and the Lao Bảo border-trade gate. In the 2025 merger it expanded by absorbing the former Quảng Bình province.

Summary
Resolution No. 91/2021/NQ-HDND, adopted by the People's Council of Quang Tri Province (Session VIII, 3rd meeting) on 16 July 2021, approves the provincial assessment of implementation of the 2016-2020 socio-economic development plan and the strategic directions, targets, priority programs and projects, and breakthrough sectors for the 2021-2025 period. The Resolution is issued pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government, related amendments, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, and Directive No. 18/CT-TTg dated 13 April 2020 on preparing the 2021-2025 socio-economic plan.
