Decision No. 06/2022/QĐ-UBND of the People's Committee of Đắk Nông Province, dated 24 January 2022, promulgates the Economic-Technical Norms for a number of crops in agricultural production in Đắk Nông Province. It is issued pursuant to the 2015 Law on Organization of Local Government (as amended in 2019), the 2015 Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents (as amended in 2020), the 2013 Law on Land and the 2018 Law on Crop Production, at the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Submission No. 266/TTr-SNN dated 10 December 2021. The norms apply to all organisations and individuals involved in cultivation activities in Đắk Nông. The economic-technical norms are detailed in eight appendices covering 101 items: Appendix I, perennial industrial and forestry crops (14 items, including robusta and arabica coffee, rubber, black pepper, cashew, cocoa, grafted macadamia, tea, bời lời, cinnamon, pine, black wattle, gáo/kapok/acacia species and temporary windbreak species); Appendix II, fruit trees (25 items, including avocado, durian, orange and mandarin, pomelo, passion fruit, banana, rambutan, longan, lychee, jackfruit, mango, lemon, strawberry, guava, papaya, custard apple, dragon fruit, coconut, watermelon, sapodilla, mangosteen, southern wax apple, pineapple, plum/apricot/pear/jujube/persimmon/peach, and star apple); Appendix III, food and short-term industrial crops (12 items: rice, maize, sweet potato, cassava, soybean, peanut, mung bean, sugarcane, ginger, turmeric, potato, taro); Appendix IV, fruiting vegetables (12 items, including green beans, okra, tomato, eggplant, chilli, gourds, bitter melon, cucumber, yard-long bean, melons, pumpkin, fragrant luffa); Appendix V, leaf, stem, root and tuber vegetables (14 items, including mustard greens, amaranth, malabar spinach, onions and chives, sprouts, water spinach, lettuce, taro stem, cauliflower, kohlrabi, onion, radish, carrot, cabbage); Appendix VI, edible mushrooms (6 items: wood ear, lingzhi, straw, button, oyster and shiitake mushrooms); Appendix VII, flowers (12 items, including gladiolus, tuberose, jasmine, Mokara and Dendrobium cut orchids, gerbera, marigold, lily, chrysanthemum, lisianthus, commercial Phalaenopsis and bonsai); and Appendix VIII, medicinal plants (6 items: đảng sâm, đương quy, purple sa nhân, đinh lăng, ba kích and sachi). Forestry norms do not apply to concentrated afforestation; they apply only to trees intercropped in agricultural gardens, used as supports for climbing crops, windbreaks, shading, propagation or trials. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development leads implementation and reports annually to the provincial People's Committee. The Decision takes effect from 11 February 2022 and replaces Decision No. 27/2018/QĐ-UBND dated 6 November 2018.
