This resolution of the Phú Yên Province People's Council (8th Legislature, 17th Session), passed on 18 October 2023, sets the conditions, support levels, dossiers, and procedures for subsidizing fruit-tree seedlings over the 2023–2025 period. It targets growers in Sông Hinh, Sơn Hòa, and Tây Hòa districts. The aim is to support new fruit-tree plantings through partial reimbursement of seedling costs.

• Support equals 50% of the cost of buying new fruit-tree seedlings, applied once per land parcel during the program.

• Per-hectare indicative levels: longan and lychee VND 8 million; mango VND 9 million; pomelo and jackfruit VND 10 million; orange VND 12.5 million; durian VND 16 million; custard-apple VND 22 million (adjusted to actual market prices at implementation).

• Eligible recipients are cooperatives, cooperative groups, households, and individuals (cooperatives and groups prioritized) in the three named districts meeting the stated conditions.

• Each model must plant a single fruit-tree type over at least 10 ha with contiguous blocks of 0.5 ha or more and irrigation for the dry season; support is capped at 100 ha per district.

• Funding is split 50% provincial budget and 50% district budget, with defined dossier requirements and multi-step approval timelines.

Applies to the three districts of Sông Hinh, Sơn Hòa, and Tây Hòa in Phú Yên Province for 2023–2025; effective from 28 October 2023.
