Resolution No. 37/2024/NQ-HDND Naming of Streets in Vinh Thanh Town, Vinh Thanh District, Binh Dinh Province, 2024

Resolution No. 37/2024/NQ-HDND, adopted by the Binh Dinh Provincial People's Council (Term XIII, 20th session) on 12 December 2024, approves the naming of 14 planned streets in Vinh Thanh town, Vinh Thanh district. The Resolution is issued pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Government, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, Decree No. 91/2005/ND-CP and Circular No. 36/2006/TT-BVHTT, on the basis of the Provincial People's Committee's proposal No. 289/TTr-UBND dated 18 November 2024 and the verification report No. 77/BC-VHXH dated 8 December 2024. The Resolution lists a detailed annex (Danh muc chi tiet kem theo) specifying each route's planned alignment, right-of-way width (lo gioi) and carriageway/sidewalk dimensions, existing current width where indicated, length in metres, and the assigned street name with birth-death years and place of origin for the eponymous person. The 14 named streets are: Tran Cao Van (150 m, lo gioi 12 m, carriageway 6 m, sidewalks 3+3 m), Tang Bat Ho (240 m, lo gioi 12 m), Phan Dinh Phung (455 m, lo gioi 16 m), Vo Thi Sau (160 m, lo gioi 10 m), Be Van Dan (190 m, lo gioi 10 m), Che Lan Vien (103 m, lo gioi 12 m), Nguyen Thai Hoc (450 m, lo gioi 14 m), Ho Xuan Huong (337 m, lo gioi 12 m), Nguyen Trung Truc (360 m, lo gioi 12 m), Luong The Vinh (150 m, lo gioi 10 m), Vo Duy Duong (300 m, lo gioi 10 m), Dang Thuy Tram (300 m, lo gioi 10 m), Le Quy Don (1,700 m, lo gioi 12 m), and Phan Dinh Giot (400 m, lo gioi 8 m). Article 2 assigns the Provincial People's Committee responsibility to implement the Resolution. Article 3 assigns oversight and inspection of implementation to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, its committees, provincial delegations and councillors. The Resolution was adopted on 12 December 2024 and takes effect from 22 December 2024.
