Summary
Decision No. 33/2024/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province promulgates the regulation on unit prices for compensation of damage and support for relocation of crops and livestock when the State recovers land in Phu Tho. The Decision is issued pursuant to relevant laws including the 2024 Land Law, related laws on forestry, fisheries, crop production, animal husbandry, pricing and legal drafting, and Decree No. 88/2024/ND-CP on compensation, support and resettlement.
