Summary
Decree No. 341/2025/ND-CP, issued by the Government on 26 December 2025, prescribes administrative violations, sanctions, remedial measures, and enforcement procedures concerning copyright and related rights in Vietnam. The Decree is issued pursuant to the Government Organization Law (63/2025/QH15), the amended Administrative Violations Law (as amended by laws through 88/2025/QH15), and the amended Intellectual Property Law (as amended through 93/2025/QH15), at the proposal of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The Decree applies to state agencies, organizations and individuals committing administrative violations in the field of copyright and related rights; persons competent to make violation records and to impose sanctions; and other related entities.
