Decision No. 79/2003/QD-TTg, issued by the Prime Minister, approves the comprehensive plan for restructuring, arranging and renovating the State-owned enterprises under the Vietnam Coffee Corporation (VinaCafe) through the year 2005. The Decision sets the scope as all units and enterprises invested in, managed by, or under the control of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation (including subsidiary companies, member firms, branches, joint ventures, and related production and business units), and applies to managers, owners and relevant ministries, provincial-level People's Committees and agencies involved in implementation.
