Decision No. 06/2002/QD-BNN, issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, promulgates the national standards on technical procedures for planting, caring for and harvesting robusta coffee (Coffea canephora Pierre ex A. Froehner). The Decision defines scope and subjects of application, technical requirements, and specific procedures covering land selection and preparation, nursery production, planting density and patterns, fertilization and soil management, irrigation and drainage, pest and disease control, pruning and canopy management, harvesting, post-harvest handling and transport.
