Decision No. 04/2008/QD-TTg, issued by the Prime Minister, approves the Charter on Organization and Operation of Vietnam National Coffee Corporation (the Corporation). The Decision defines the legal status, functions, duties, powers, organizational structure, capital, and corporate governance mechanisms of the Corporation and takes effect on the date of signing. The Decision applies to the Corporation, its member units and subsidiaries, affiliated entities in which it holds capital, and individuals and organizations related to the Corporation's activities.
