Circular No. 19/2012/TT-BLDTBXH, issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and effective 30 June 2012, promulgates the mandatory lists of training equipment for intermediate (trung cap) and college (cao dang) vocational training programmes for the following occupations: Fish processing and preservation; Fashion sewing; Tea processing technology; Coffee and cocoa processing; Freshwater aquaculture; Marine and brackish aquaculture; and Marine fishing and harvesting. The Circular sets out equipment names, technical specifications or minimum functional requirements, and quantities organized by training level (intermediate and college) and by module or practical training content. It applies to state vocational training institutions, private and joint-stock training providers, and relevant organisations that establish curricula, equip workshops or provide training for the listed occupations.…
