Summary
Circular 58/2015/TT-BLDTBXH, issued by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on 29 December 2015, sets the coefficients used to index past wages and monthly income on which social insurance contributions were paid. It governs the indexation factors that directly feed pension, one-time retirement allowance, lump-sum social insurance and survivor lump-sum calculations for people whose entitlements arise during 2016.
