Decision No. 251/TTg, issued by the Prime Minister, establishes the Vietnam Coffee Corporation (TCC) as a state-owned enterprise. The Decision sets out the corporation's legal status, functions, tasks, organisational structure and capital source. TCC is formed from the reorganisation and consolidation of existing state coffee entities and is established as a single-member limited liability company wholly owned by the State, permitted to operate under the Enterprise Law and relevant regulations.
