Dr. Nhung Nguyen is a Senior Lecturer at Newcastle Business School, Northumbria University. Her research focuses on human resource management and organizational behavior in the public sector. She is particularly interested in the mechanisms that foster employee innovative behavior, organizational change and innovation, and the drivers of diversity and inclusion within organizations. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including Public Administration Review and Public Management Review. She is also an experienced trainer and consultant who translates research insights into practical strategies to enhance employee well-being, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.
