With an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of New England, his work on gender and water management in the Mekong Delta has appeared in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Rural Development. He focuses on gender and water management, disaster risks and resilience, livelihood and transformative adaptation, agroecology and food security, and mixed methods research.
