Thai Nguyen-Van is a Research Fellow at HAPRI and a Researcher at the Climate Change Institute, An Giang University, and a PhD Candidate in Human Geography at the University of New England, Australia. With an MSc in International Development Studies from the University of New England, his work on gender and water management in the Mekong Delta has appeared in the Asia-Pacific Journal of Rural Development. He focuses on gender and water management, disaster risks and resilience, livelihood and transformative adaptation, agroecology and food security, and mixed methods research.
