Thong Nguyen-Tien is a Research Fellow since March 2024, employed at Copenhagen Business School, Department of International Economics, Government and Business in Denmark. With a PhD in Applied Economics for Consumer & Market Research from the University of Southern Denmark, Denmark, his expertise is reflected in publications on consumer preferences and willingness to pay, seafood demand and price transmission. His research focuses on applied economics, market research, international trade and food and natural resource economics.
